Location of the Mont Saint Michel
Address: Le Mont-Saint-Michel, 50170, Normandy, France.
Meeting point: Entrance of Mont Saint-Michel Abbey (top of the mount). From the mainland parking, take the free “Passeur” shuttle to the foot of the mount (≈12 min), then walk uphill through the village streets and steps to the abbey entrance.
Mont Saint-Michel is located in Normandy, about 360 km west of Paris, where the regions of Normandy and Brittany meet. The abbey crowns the top of a small rocky island, surrounded by vast tidal flats that make the site one of France’s most spectacular landmarks.
